Après la catastrophe de mars 2011, les autorités japonaises ont décidé la construction d’un gigantesque mur anti-tsunami de 15 mètres de haut et de 500 kilomètres de long. Les conséquences humaines et écologiques sont nombreuses et les habitants sont déchirés : se couper de la mer ou rester fragiles face à la grande vague. Une autre voie est-elle possible ? Quel est l’impact environnemental et humain de cette muraille qui sépare la terre de l’océan ?
